Refunds & Cancellation

At Instapost.cloud, we want every customer to have a smooth and happy experience. Since most of our services are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are allowed only in genuine and verifiable cases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Payments and Pricing

Instapost.cloud provides both free tools and optional paid upgrades. Premium downloads include HD images and HD videos that can be purchased directly from the app.

• Price for each HD image: ₹25
• Price for each HD video: ₹50
• All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

Once an HD file has been created and successfully delivered to you, the transaction is final and non-refundable. If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us via email or WhatsApp — our support team will verify and fix it within 24 hours.

2. Digital Purchases

Because our products are delivered instantly after purchase, refunds or cancellations are not possible once the HD file or video download begins. We recommend previewing your design carefully before placing an order to ensure you are happy with your selection.

3. Refunds

Refunds are reviewed and approved only in rare situations such as:

• You were charged twice for the same file.
• A technical issue prevented your HD download even after payment.
• Your payment method was used without authorization.
• The final file was completely different from the preview or had major errors due to our system.

If you face any of these issues, please email us with the transaction ID, payment screenshot, and date. Once verified, refunds are issued through the same payment method used for purchase.
