Instapost.cloud offers free tools as well as paid premium features (like HD image or video downloads). By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

• Each HD image currently costs ₹25, and each HD video ₹50.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• All successful transactions are non-refundable once the HD file has been created and delivered.

If a payment fails but money is deducted, please contact us through email or WhatsApp — our team will review and resolve it within 24 hours.

5. Ownership and Use Rights

All tools, templates, graphics, and materials available on Instapost.cloud are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for personal or business design creation.

Designs you create using Instapost are your property — you can use them freely, including for commercial or social use. However, you may not:

• Copy or redistribute our platform code or templates.
• Use our content for illegal, obscene, or defamatory purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates laws or our community standards.
